Button in Rx Center to add Rx to clinical notes

We like to have Rx given to patients, documented in the clinical notes. As it is now, we have to prescribe the Rx in the Rx Center, then go to clinical notes to document it there.

For clinical notes, either be able to change the color of the dates to represent certain types of notes (i.e. recare appt) or be able to actually name the clinical note (i.e. recare appt).

This would be very useful as we've went chartless now but if we could do this then at a glance any team member would be able to see which clinical note was the patient's last recare, or if the patient was in for a work appointment. Basically, usin...

Clinical note template: Want to back up in the template or skip a step.

We can't go back a step or more when using a template and we realize we made a mistake. Also, would be nice to skip a step when it is irrelevant.

Set provider for Clinical Notes without having to change provider selection each time

I have to change from DDS1 to my ID HYG1, in order to have it labeled correctly in my clinical notes section. I would like to have it permanently set to HYG1 to avoid accidentally tagging DDS1 when doing notes after each patient.

One click to see if all progress notes signed for the day

Most of the time patient notes are filled out as we go through the day. But sometimes on busy days that is not always the case. It would be nice to have a one click feature that would highlight any patient appointments for that day where notes wer...

word search option for clinical notes

It is very time consuming to search back thru every clinical note to find what was discussed with patient. You can select by tooth number to see progress note, but this would be helpful when not about a specific tooth.

Transfer clinical notes templates/definitions to a different dentrix server

We have more then one location but each has its own sever. Each template I setup on one server I now have to manually transfer to the new server. Having multiple locations with different servers makes it very time consuming
