Report for Unsigned clinical notes

Need to run report on unsigned clini-notes. No easy way to catch. Also once signed by Doc- a color box like the Health hist or E claim button showing on appt book would be a great quick reference!

Scroll progress notes line by line instead of jumping from entry to entry

When reading progress notes, the pop out view and jumping from entry to entry makes it hard to tell where you are at. Please let the progress note scroll line by line and give the option to not have a pop out window

Make a symbol in completed appointment when clinical note is signed.

This would make it easy to look at the appointment book and see which appts need clinical notes.

Add color options to Clinical Notes

Choosing a specific color for Hygiene Notes can make for ease in scanning all notes to find the last hygiene appt notes. Other notes may require a specific color to stand out for similar reasons.
