Add an "Undo Deleted Clinical Note" button

It would be so helpful if there was an "undo deleted clinical note" button, so if a notes gets deleted on accident, there is this option for 24 hours after the deletion occurred to reverse the action.

Button in Rx Center to add Rx to clinical notes

We like to have Rx given to patients, documented in the clinical notes. As it is now, we have to prescribe the Rx in the Rx Center, then go to clinical notes to document it there.

The ability to use different colours in the clinical notes text

When going back to check previous clinical notes important things will pop out for easier to read important things if in colour.

Require password to delete clinical note

Report for Unsigned clinical notes

Need to run report on unsigned clini-notes. No easy way to catch. Also once signed by Doc- a color box like the Health hist or E claim button showing on appt book would be a great quick reference!
