Show patient birthdate at top of patient chart

It is a bit cumbersome to have to get out of a patient chart to find their date of birth in the family file. It would be nice to have it show in the top bar next to the Patient Name.

Please Have an option for lingual fixed ortho retainer to show visually in patient work chart.

It would be helpful to see if retainer is bonded individually from #22-27 or just #22& 27 with a lingual bar.

BW, PAN, Perio, history

It would be useful to have a small info box on the chart indicating when last seen, last BW, last PAN and last Perio chart. Eliminates having to looks for codes in ledger. Would also be helpful to have medical alerts noted on the chart

Sticky note added to Chart view
