Removing of crown only showing root remaining

We need to only show the root remaining in area because of not Extraction able to be done because of medical issues. so it looks more like the patients mouth.

Sticky note added to Chart view

Adding a post it note to display while chart is open for anything to stand out for doctor to read about patient, such as an alert if pt on blood thinner, needs par, pacemaker and type anesthetic to use.

Automatic "watch tooth" invalidation after tx on that tooth has been completed or tx planned
