Would like to avoid spaces between entries, when adding clinical notes from drop down menu/s in charting.

All staff who are entering in a patient's chart and using the drop down menu's, at the right of the screen, would save time if they didn't have to go back and backspace to make the entry look more fluid and professional.

misc. note panel in chart

I think a miscellaneous note panel in chart for info such as; gags easily, prefers no cavitron, cannot recline, has a parastesia, etc. We should not have to"look" for notes in other modules.
