Pop Up To Clear Bleeding On New Perio Chart Exams

There used to be a feature where you would open up the perio chart and it would ask if you want to clear all current bleeding for a new exam and it was so helpful. We would love to have that option back!

be able to add furcation notes on baby teeth retained by adults

Dexis setting to prevent workstation from freezing chart (not allowing x-rays to be taken)

If X-rays are opened then closed on a workstation, this occasionally freezes that chart and will not allow the operatories to take X-rays in that chart until Dentrix is shut down in all operatories.

Many of our study club members want to remove outdated inactive records as a batch (not 1 by 1). Cyber policies recommend it. WHY can we not remove records older than 7 years and /or inactive patients as a batch?

Cyber insurance policies require us to contact all patients in our data base and PAY for monitoring should a breach occur. I would have to prove I tried to track down every patient in our Dentrix data base! I have hundreds if not thousands of inac...

Perio charting

When we print out the perio charting the boxes we see on the computer do not print out on the paper. This is much easier to see when the box is around the pocket number when need to stand out.
