Creating my own drop down template

We do a lot of head and neck exams that are sent to medical benefits and the current chart we use is a 8 page flip chart and we would love to be able to have a default template and be able to make changes as necessary to customize it to each patie...

Please show the latest perio charting on the odontogram view

The latest perio charting values should be displayed with the teeth on the odontogram by default. I should have this information at a glance. Other softwares do this including NextGen and Axium.

A split screen please

Please allow the screen to split when viewing an X-Ray so that it can stay in view as the assistant enters real-time notes and not disable the provider from creating a plan at the same time. Our assistants have to take manual notes and enter them ...

convert all fees to zero charge quickly for just one particular patient

Every day I see new patients that need treatment plans with many services. I want to give the patients one treatment fee that accomodates all procedures so I want to zero out all fees

ASA and CAMBRA please add a Block for ASA/CAMBRA in the chart - my thoughts were simply an entry box that sits at the top of the chart that we can just fill in.

These tools (ASA/CAMBRA) need to be added to the dentrix module. It would be nice to have the actual worksheets in the computer for us to fill out but in the interim we could just do the calculations and enter findings so they show in the chart

Can you make it so that on the graphic chart direct notes or circling of a questionable tooth or situation could be marked?

This would allow for a watch area to be clearly identified and viewed everytime the patient's graphic chart comes up....much easier to follow.

Future treatment buttons ie: 3rd molar extractions

It would be useful as currently when I run the unscheduled treatment list, the extractions show up. They haven't been referred to Oral Surgeon yet, nor are the teeth developed enough to extract now.

Deleted CDT Codes

There should be a way to "inactivate" a deleted CDT code so that it does not show up as an available code to use when there are CDT changes. Currently, I change to "DO NOT USE IN 2019".

Add Tx plans and Clinical note changes or deletions to Audit trail

Dentists, teams, pts will benefit should something get deleted accidentally. with this being our only record, things happen, we need recourse to look back

In Chart add back feature we use to have before G Series to look at Chart as of date...

So we can see what a chart looked like as of a specific date.
