Soft tissue at-a-glance
Similar to the way we can chart existing work, tx recommendations, etc and visually see them on the pt chart, it would be great if we could visually plot a soft tissue note such as fibromas or geographic tongue, etc.

All "watch" notes in one screen
When we are watching multiple teeth for one pt, we currently have to go to the conditions list and click on each tooth individually to see the notes as to why we are watching that tooth. If I am watching 9 teeth on one pt and the Dr comes in and a...

After placing a watch on a tooth, description written in progress notes - hover over the "W" and description shows up on the tooth chart instead of having to find the tooth in progress notes.

Soft Tissue Charting
We need an area where we can do soft tissue charting, and where it is easily accessible. Even if it is a application like the perio chart.

ASA and CAMBRA please add a Block for ASA/CAMBRA in the chart - my thoughts were simply an entry box that sits at the top of the chart that we can just fill in.
These tools (ASA/CAMBRA) need to be added to the dentrix module. It would be nice to have the actual worksheets in the computer for us to fill out but in the interim we could just do the calculations and enter findings so they show in the chart

Can you make it so that on the graphic chart direct notes or circling of a questionable tooth or situation could be marked?
This would allow for a watch area to be clearly identified and viewed everytime the patient's graphic chart comes up....much easier to follow.

Future treatment buttons ie: 3rd molar extractions
It would be useful as currently when I run the unscheduled treatment list, the extractions show up. They haven't been referred to Oral Surgeon yet, nor are the teeth developed enough to extract now.
