Multiple Procedures Marked for Referral At Once

A function where you can select multiple procedures in a patient's treatment plan in the chart, and mark them referred all at once, rather than going into each procedure separately.

to be able to delete completed tx on the ledger after yr. ends

Mistakes happened and it will be a great idea to be able to correct txs after month is been closed
