perio charts dates

I wish the date of the previous perio chart showed when opening the "new chart." The numbers show up as lighter it would be nice if the previous date of the exam showed on this page as well

need to be able to chart lingual retainers so we can see the bar on the teeth - also would like to be able to chart root tips (like if the crown of the tooth is broken off and just the root tip of the tooth is left)

Mixed dentition option on chart icon

The Change Primary/Permanent dentition icon should offer the option to populate early mixed dentition with permanent incisors and first molars with the remaining teeth primary.

Option to turn off the question to remove the bleeding points

As a periodontal office, to have to answer this questions literally every time we open up a periodontal chart is annoying, there should be an option in the periodontal charting set up to be able to turn off that question.

Perio chart should calculate Bleeding Index

Dentrix gives you the total number of teeth and sites charted as bleeding but in order to notate and/or give the patient there overall bleeding index it has to be manually calculated. Having Dentrix do this an show it on the chart for reference an...

Recession charting should move along in perio chart

It is time consuming and annoying to have to manually move to the next area when charting recession measurements instead of moving automatically along as it does when perio charting pocket measurements.

Search field in procedure codes section

It is difficult to know which section some procedures are in. It would be helpful to have a search field to be able to find them.

add next visit appointment date and time next to progress notes/clinical notes tab

It would be nice to be able to see the patients next appointment date on the patient charge next to the progress notes and clinical notes tab you can click on to switch between both. Would be nice to see this instead of clicking into the patients ...

Separate color for referred procedures in chart

It would be extremely helpful to doctors, assistants, hygienists, and front office staff for there to be a different color for referred out procedures in the clinical chart.
