Open multiple patient chart at the same time

This is useful for providers as we sometimes compare treatment plans and progress. Having the ability to see patient charts side by side allows for easier workflow (instead of opening one and closing the other, and repeating multiple times)

The last recorded Perio Chart date should show when you linger on the Perio Chart Icon

It would eliminate us from opening the Perio Chart to check the last time charting was completed. Same for Health History update, or have a new field where we can add this info.

Removing of crown only showing root remaining

We need to only show the root remaining in area because of not Extraction able to be done because of medical issues. so it looks more like the patients mouth.

Sticky note added to Chart view

Adding a post it note to display while chart is open for anything to stand out for doctor to read about patient, such as an alert if pt on blood thinner, needs par, pacemaker and type anesthetic to use.
