In patient charting two separate bridges next to each other should not visually look like one unit. You should be able to visually recognize they are two separate bridges.

Remove "painting" once tooth is extracted

misc. note panel in chart

I think a miscellaneous note panel in chart for info such as; gags easily, prefers no cavitron, cannot recline, has a parastesia, etc. We should not have to"look" for notes in other modules.
