Bring back the"archived " box feature on all patient search

we spend too much time trying to find where to go to un archive a patient The Archive search box does not show up on the ledger

Friendly user

Dentrix should be more friendly user for those who are not very good with technology, since it would be more easer for office manager to navigate thru reports and appointment 😀

Last BWS and Last FMX on Route Slip

Please add Last BWS and Last FMX to the top right section of the route slip that shows so many other last and first dates. It is perhaps the most useful to us and is nowhere to be found on the route slip.

Entry tracking

Need a report or at least a screen to view all entries, edits, deletes, new appointment, changed appointments, notes made, etc. - by day, by user with time and patient associated. Should show every entry made into the system.
