Spell check needed for medications

when patient's are entering their medications, so many are mispelled, adding so many wrong entries in our medication library

Make Yes/No required in Questionaire and if Yes is chosen only then make following field required. If No chosen, then following field would not be required.

Pre-Med List

It would be nice to run a report of all patients that currently have to take a Pre-Med before appointments. That way they don't get missed if they are scheduled and need their medication.

Entry tracking

Need a report or at least a screen to view all entries, edits, deletes, new appointment, changed appointments, notes made, etc. - by day, by user with time and patient associated. Should show every entry made into the system.
