IPad/Apple compatibility - allow full Dentrix system functionality on iPad

We would love for dentrix to be compatable with Apple so that we can view the G4 system on our ipad

Server 2012 essentials compatibility

Make Dentrix compatible with server 2012 essentials. No CALS needed for up to 25 users/devices. Can run as a VM and has very easy admin utilities. Looks like an ideal fit for most dental office sized networks.

Remove or Archive Providers no longer with the practice

We have maximized our providers and are no longer able to add new providers. To make room for new providers, we would like to be able to archive deceased or inactive providers.

Entering STAFF ID should be mandatory and the system should NOT just use who last made appt.

At this time when using pinboard - the computer leaves the original ID in Staff ID. When changing or making new appt - this should go blank and always require the person making the appt add their ID. The history is an important feature but this is...
