Dentrix support call cost

Hello, Has anyone recently got told by Dentrix Support that a call to Dentrix technical (if not on a Support plan) costs $1,250 + tax? Just wanted to confirm if this is true or not

Please include the email and mobile phone number in the "Select Patient - By" field.

We're having to put the mobile number in the "Home" space - even though pt might have a separate home number - so we can look it up from caller ids that have no name listed. Alot of land lines are extinct. The email is in case they don't sign thei...
