When checking to see if a patient has an appointment have a last person button to click on

Sometimes, while talking to a patient about their account I'm in the ledger then go to check to see if they have an appointment. It would save time if I could just click on last patient and their name pops up.

Pinboard Alerts

When scheduling an appointment there should be an alert if that patient is in the pinboard currently. Sometimes people call in to make an appointment and we don't realize they are on the pinboard. It would help keep the pinboard less cluttered
