Add icon for on appointment

We would like to add an icon to patient's appointments on the appointment book that would indicate that we have sent the patient the link for the patient portal.

Mobile phone number needs to be attached to recall or appointment, not only home or work#

Everything revolves around mobile phones now, no one uses home or work #s.

Ability to change font colors in appointment notes

Being able to change the font colors in the appointment notes would be helpful for those notes that require special attention other than using all caps or ***.

it would be nice to be able to see the last communication with a patient on the "unscheduled, wait/will call" list. Like add a column for the office journal notes like the billing manager has. then you can sort by date so your not having to click ...

Additional button in the status box of the 'Appointment Information' box that will change the color from grey to a lighter grey or some other color once we have received payment for the procedure and the ledger is balanced

This will allow a visual aid so we can quickly review the each day and see for which patients we are still awaiting payments

Perfect day separation in passwords

I would like to suggest separating adjusting perfect day schedule to it's own category for rights under passwords. I have staff that shorten days and would like to not allow that to happen.
