Add a Status Code for Completed Forms

Wouldn't it nice to know if intake forms were completed and in the patient's file? If there were another STATUS that indicates Intake Forms Completed that would be very helpful

Allow more than one provider per operatory for perfect day scheduling. I use color brackets for each provider however you can only assign one provider to an operatory. We have several providers that share an operatory on different days.

Old appointments on ASAP should automatically be removed from the list or changed

Old appointments on ASAP should automatically be removed from the list or have the ability to be changed back to FIXED, in the same manner as the purge option (but without the deletion of the appointment).

note box "new" note notation

When the "note" box is in use, the box changes to yellow. It would be very helpful if the color would change to a different color when the note is added to. Example: My dentist puts mutiple notes in the box per day instead of communicating with me...
