Flashing appointment when patient late

When a patient should have been marked as HERE in schedule but they have not arrived, make this appointment start to flash after 2 minutes and increase in flashing speed so that someone in the office notices that the patient is late.

Audit Trail per patient for number missed appointments

Require STAFF Field completed when creating an apppointment

Require STAFF field completed in the Appointment Information window when someone schedules an appointment so we ALWAYS know who created the appointment. Too often it is left blank.

Save custom color palettes in appointment book.

We should be able to keep the custom color palettes. It takes too much time to go in and type in individual color codes every time I add an event or something else.

user permission added to delete a time block off day schedule
