add alert to procedure code

Yes! I need to be able to add an alert when creating an appointment to remind staff to write an antibiotic rx. If the patient doesn't have an antibiotic then the appointment, 2 hrs long, is cancelled!

My Practice and its employees would really love if there is a feature or way for them or our practice to make appointments that would have their employees as the default provider and staff per workstation automatically.

Missed status needed

Need a missed appointment status for the Status List. That way patient remains on the schedule while it's it is stroked. Easy to track no shows for the day and follow ups.

Block patient from being scheduled at all

Could Dentrix perhaps make some kind of Alert system to STOP you from scheduling if a patient has an ALERT of violence, collections, dangerous or something. NOT just a patient alert or inactivate. Actually block them from being scheduled. ??

Bring back the L icon for lab cases

We had the L for the lab cases for 16 years and now all of a sudden it is no longer available. Bring it back, please! You should really consult dental offices for updates prior to pushing them out!!
