Appointment display info

There should be a way to add individual "patient info notes" to the schedule view - stuff like "wants a blanket" "takes a long time to numb" "premed" so people can avoid having to click through 50 pop-ups of things that don't pertain to their job....

Eligibility verification stays blue once verified for the year

It would be helpful if once we verify the patients insurance, the eligibility verification would remain for the year so when future apts are made, we can see that they've been checked.

I think it would be very useful to add a feature that would allow you to move all appointments from op1 to op4 for example. We recently added more ops to our appointment book and now have to manually move each appointment which is very time consum...

Be able to assign a color to an ASAP appointment

It would be helpful when filling holes in the schedule if you could just look ahead at the appointment book and see which appointments are ASAP appointments. It could be in the same place as the appointment status color. Maybe it could be outlined...

Make it easier to change the office/provider schedules

It has been very time consuming to adjust the hours for the providers and operatories-particularly when adjusting a lunch hour for each op for monthly staff meetings. Thanks! A click and drag options would be amazing.

Double booking pop-up

When scheduling a patient, it would be nice to have a pop up warning if said appointment is already scheduled and for what date. To reduce patients being double booked for the same procedures on different dates.
