op set up

It would be nice in the op set up instead of saying just op 1 we could put the providers name next to it EX: OP-1 Jessica It use to let us do that, but I guess with the changes that was taken away. We need that back. It was very helpful

General Keyword Search Feature

It would be very useful to have a general keyword search across the ledger (for completed procedures), the document center, office journal..etc. That way we could compare similar treatment plans and/or insurance plans for multiple patients as well...

Provider holiday hours

Close out a provider for holidays and have it show on the appointment book.

We need the option to change individual operatory hours for future scheduling.

Our office hours are changing in the future (6 months out) and we need to schedule patients accordingly. We need the option to change to specific hours on effective on a specific date.

Attach multiple CC types to a procedure code

Please allow multiple continuing care types to be attached to the same procedure code. For example, attach a CC type for BW and PAN to the FMX dental code.

Run a report for specific op to see if have a hygiene apt

It would allow an easy way to see if a patient who's scheduled for treatment need a hygiene appointment without looking at each patient individually. Especially for a large office with multiple doctors.

When sending a text confirmation, add a PREMED note to the reminder.

Patients would be less likely to forget their premed and not need to reschedule!

Future block change for schedules

allow offices to change block increments with future start dates. We currently have 10 minute blocks and want to switch to 15min blocks but our hygienists book out 6 months in advance. if i change it now all our appts will be messed up and we cant...
