The Appointment Time Pattern should not block an appt from being booked if there are too many Xs or slashes. Our practice does not use them and it's time consuming to have to go to that area to alter the time pattern just to be able to book an additional appointment. It should allow us to book as many appointments as we choose without having to alter the time pattern.

It is very time consuming when we cannot schedule an appointment without adjusting the time pattern. We do not need time patterns at our office.

Fill appointment list. This list should be linked to the actual appointment that was marked ASAP if you doublecklick and send you to this patients appointment.

Add Balance as an optional column to Appointment List

Many offices would like to know which patients have balances or credit balances before they arrive for their appointments. Offering a Balance column in the Appointment List would help!

View the day amount in each column

In the Appointment Book it would easier to schedule to goal for each doctor if the scheduled amount is above each column next to the operatory name. This feature could be turned on or off in the View drop down menu for F1 / F2 etc.

Why is is so difficult to change an op to open on a day when it is regulary closed? Should be as easy as closing it for the day... there should be an option to Open Op on This Day.

Create report in Dentrix that can track a list of patients who does not have future appointments.

Unscheduled list is very helpful, however having a report for all those patients that had fallen trough the cracks when the appointment is deleted running a report would be a great asset to our scheduling system to put them back on their schedule ...
