Provider from Treatment Plan Report

Worked extensively with Dentrix - unable to pull report for treatment plan provider unless they are listed in provider 1 in family file - this makes it unavailable to print reports for hyg or associate docs - who should not show on billing

Treatment Plans to be batched and batched but not printed

This filter would be helpful so that we could run a weekly report of treatment plans that have not been sent to insurance for pre-authorization without having to go through all treatment plans created.
