Must put passcode in separately to clock in or out. No matter if already logged into Dentrix.

Notify an employee they haven't clocked in

Having trouble with staff not remembering if they clocked in or not. Is there a way for them to view this? Thank you

Establish pay periods

this program needs to have beginning and ending pay periods, most offices at 2 week periods, as opposed to the current which does not reflect reality and lends to incorrect totals.

Totals on time card reports should show total regular hours and total overtime per week.

We do payroll biweekly and have to pay overtime for over 40 hours per week. The weekly totals on a biweekly time card printout would save time having to manually add the hours.

We should be able to hide former employees from the "clock in" page in the time clock.

It's very messy and un-needed information to have employees who are no longer working at our office listed on the opening page of the time clock where current employees "clock in"

The time clock cannot have the summary of hours on the last employees time sheet

The employer would benefit from it, when the employee states that the rest of the office knows how many hours they are getting. Then they can take us to the Labor Board for giving out personal information
