Remove option to see other employees Time Clock

We would like to remove the option for our employees to check other employees time clocks, we know they can't edit it, but we don't like for them to be looking for other employees private information.

reorganize the staff on time clock

it would be helpful to be able to move the staff names in the folder. When a staff member no longer works at the office, we could move there name to the bottom of the list so that would leave all the active employees at the top of the list

Print Preview Time Punch Reports

Would be nice to be able to look at Time Punch Reports and Payroll Reports before I print them. I waste a lot of paper because I can't see the employee notes or reports on screen to be able to catch things that need corrected before I print.

Would like a way to print a report for specific days off such as vacation. When we select a date range and don't want to see all the employee punches but just say their vacation time reported, it would be nice to be able to select that.

Export Time Clock Time Punch Report to tab-delimited file

The function is available to export pay information; being able to export the Time Punch Report will allow us to import this to our payroll software to calculate over time & wages

Time clock password

Only giving us the option to enter a passcode/password when clocking in and out only. Not having to have a password that we would have to enter each time using something within Dentrix.
