History look up on Scheduled events

I think it would be a good idea to be able to see the history of a scheduled event, like who scheduled the event, when it was scheduled and an y changes made to the event.

Please have an alert to NOT schedule same patient , same time with doctor and hygiene.

Like if John Doe has apt with hygiene at 8am, we need an alert to NOT schedule him 8am with doctor.
