Add a pop up warning to continuing care if scheduling a patient before they are due

This is useful especially for the insurances that will not pay a claim if the patient is even one day early for a cleaning

be able to turn off the schedule a new appt screen after you check a patient out.

We do not use that feature when scheduling the next appointment. Just an annoying feature that we wouldn't mind being able to skip.

can not edit a prior scheduled event

MIssspelled , wrong title, an event can not be edited Has been a problem over 15 years and never fixed

Capability to edit recall templates

We have the ability for patients to book appointments online directly on our website. We would like to add this to the recall templates in place of requesting an appointment

Add a personal note to text confirmations. ie: Premed, remember to bring occlusal guard..

All patients requiring premed or needing a NG adjustment or have it cleaned.

Online Booking

Add insurance information to Online Booking fields - patients opt to book online for convenience, and not having to call to contact us, but we have to do that anyway to request their insurance information.

coninuing care list by date

continuing care lists with easier user modifications. ie: just called patient and LM - should bump to bottom of list after attempted contact made.

Allow more than 20 procedures p/appt

why does Dentrix, a dental software have a restriction that only allows 20 procedures p/appt? To do full mouth rehab you have to do a work around and make 2 appts.
