Auto Fill appointments from Unscheduled Appointments

Please add auto fill when I am scheduling appointments so that we are not entering the Operatory, date and time.

Show multiple providers for appointments

Please add the option to add a second color to an appointment. I work in a multi doctor, multi hygienist office and it would be wonderful if we could see which doctor color is supposed to check the recare patient so we can schedule accordingly.
