Flag Duplicate Patients

It doesn't flag us if a patient has already been in our system before. It would be great if we could get "duplicate" section and if we can get them morphed together if there are.

The initial reasons is limited to 20 procedures codes. We need to add more procedures to select quickly for appointment scheduling.

When sending a text confirmation, add a PREMED note to the reminder.

Patients would be less likely to forget their premed and not need to reschedule!

Time Line

Would like a faded line across the whole screen from the time of day. If we have a lot of columns, it is sometimes hard to see what time we are on in the middle of the screen.

Allow more than 20 procedures per patient

We take patients to the operating room and often require more than 20 procedure codes for the patient. In order for us to properly track the production per day, it would be nice to be able to put all the codes that will be completed on the patient...

Being able to have two (or more) module windows open at one time

Especially when trying to work off verifying info for a future date while trying to schedule a patient on the phone it would be very helpful to have more than one module window open. Ie: two or more schedule winodws, two or more ledger windows etc...

add a field to the appointment card to show patient portion of todays appointment

have the treatment plan amounts transfer to the appointment card allowing us to see the planned tx's patient portion due for said appointment. This would save so much time opening up old tx plans to view the patient portion every appointment, PLEASE!
