Audit Trail per patient for number missed appointments

Add the ability to run an audit trail that can show how many appointments a patient has missed including the dates of those missed appointments.

suggestion: it would be nice to have be able to access a list that allows employees to put patients on a list , kinda like a waiting list, if cancellations occur

Automatically send pt update or new patient paperwork when pt confirms appt

When appt is confirmed it would save the office staff time from sending out links to have paperwork updated or completed.

Allow change of units of time for entire system, not just one procedure

When new practice owner wants to change from 10 to 15 units of time or vice versa, it would be easier to do the entire schedule at one time, instead of procedure by procedure.
