Ability to change font colors in appointment notes

Being able to change the font colors in the appointment notes would be helpful for those notes that require special attention other than using all caps or ***.

Adding date of birth to new patient box

When you make a new patient appointment. It would be nice to have the date of birth as an option along with name, address, phone number, ref source etc.

Pinboard Alerts

When scheduling an appointment there should be an alert if that patient is in the pinboard currently. Sometimes people call in to make an appointment and we don't realize they are on the pinboard. It would help keep the pinboard less cluttered

Enhance the Utility of the ASAP List

Allow for a linked duplicate of an appointment to be added to the ASAP list. When an opening develops, prompt user to fill with someone from the ASAP list. When you select the appointment, the other one (further in future) is deleted.
