Add window in chart for appts

It would be helpful to have a window/toolbar/button to access existing appts in the patient chart - ease of access/quickest way to view the info instead of having to go to the appt book.

Select patient appointment tab

Please change the select patient from the appointment tab back to the way it was. It's too time consuming to use now. Put it back to where it was listed in alphabetical order by default.

Button on appointment to tell patient their appointment is earlier than scheduled-for late patients

For patients that are chronically late, it would be nice to be able to have a button or switch on their appointment so it triggers the system to tell them their appointment is 10 or 15 minutes earlier than actually scheduled.

Problems to Fix

When scheduling an appointment, the appointment length section makes it hard to schedule quickly because of the Xs. Is there a way to turn this feature off completely? It is really annoying.
