report with adjustment and procedure code.

We are looking to run a report at the end of the month that shows the patients name, date, adjustment and procedure code. this way we dont have to look into the patients chart to see what the procedure code was.

referral report

needs to add an option in Dentrix that office generate a list or report of referred by and referred to, only generating the office information like office address and phone numbers not including the patients information.

eDex should display patients names associated with Primary Care Phys and Pharmacies

In eDex, when you search and select an insurance carrier, it displays the patients who have selected that carrier. It should likewise do so when searching and selecting Primary Care Phys and Pharmacies.
