When letters are created and added to the office journal it would be nice to be able to run a report to see when the letters were created.

Practice Assistant has not been updated since G3 and we needed it to be updated asap

We are unable to generate an Insurance Transaction Report because the column width in the totals columns are not wide enough for the figures to populate.

A way to track how many patient visits per year or per month

There needs to be a way for us to total how many patient visits are made to our practice either per month or annually.

I would like to be able to sign on and be able to go back and forth between clinics with out logging off and logging back in to a specific clinic. This would save so much time on the billing side.

Running scheduled revenue reports for the coming months

When having to project revenue for the upcoming month, it would be helpful if we could run a report that can show scheduled production for providers/ provider groups. i.e Hygiene department vs. DDS

Appointment List Journal Entry Date

When looking at the unscheduled list it would be helpful to see if there is a journal entry and the date. This way you don't have to open the journal to see if the patient is called.
