Breaking down percentage of patients per individual insurance companies

We are doing a practice analysis and this is one of the questions we would like to use. Example how many patients have Delta, UCCI, Guardian..etc. That would be very useful!

I'd like a report that compares the scheduled appointment reason(production/treatment scheduled) to the completed procedures for that specific day.

Please add a report that lists the average age of patient for the practice. Currently, it only tells over 65 or under 12

Dentalink- Allow small groups for messaging

Instead of having just an individual or the whole group, allow a user to select multiple users to communicate one message and have a group chat.

Create report to show batched claims not submitted

If we had a report to show any claims that were batched but not submitted we could review this to ensure all claims get processed smoothly and timely. Right now we are only finding these errors when a patient's balance becomes outstanding.

Adding new insurance from questionnaire

You can't enter a new insurance plan directly from inputting info from new patient questionnaire. The new insurance button is not present. Can you add this feature?

Make a report to show average total payments from each individual insurance company.

When deciding which insurances we deal with the most to negotiate fees. We also may choose to not be providers anymore if we do very little business with certain insurances.
