Journal Notes

I am not able to see Journal notes until I change the date under filters. This is very frustrating that notes do not stay. I hope this issue will be resolved.

Need to have the insurance aging report do a calculate by a certain date in the past

the regular aging report has the option to calculate by a certain date, like 31 jan 2022.

Aging Report for over 120 days

It would be useful for those trying to sell, we were asked for it when our practice was being sold and couldnt provide it. It could just be an option to enter whatever amount you want instead of only 4 choices.

Running a patient refund report

Currently, there is a way to run a report to give a general overview of patient refunds by providers, but there is no way to get a breakdown by patient name, day, month, etc.
