In the patients journal if we could see how the billing actually went to the patient either emailed or mailed, would be helpful when sending statements

to see wether or not the patients are actually getting the email the last time I sent it, and if not then I can mail it.

Why is it that you can inactivate providers without everyone being out of Dentrix modules but not staff? This is ridiculous.
