Running a patient refund report

Currently, there is a way to run a report to give a general overview of patient refunds by providers, but there is no way to get a breakdown by patient name, day, month, etc.

Sort Insurance Aging Report by date

We would like to have the capability to sort the insurance aging report by date instead of just sort by insurance carrier.

From when a patient checks in, to when appointment is set complete, we can see how long they've been here.

Right when a patient is marked "Here" a timer starts and we can see how long they've been seated in the lobby, to when they're taken back, to when the appointment is set complete, and we can see how long in total they're appointment was.
