i would like to see if there are any claim status notes without having to click on the claim status box on the bottom left of the claim. it would make our jobs so much easier by enabling a preview of the notes or adding a symbol like a musical not...

Claim Status Notes

Claim status notes are now "hidden" and we now have to double click to open and read notes. Please go back to automatically seeing notes without clicking to open the note section. So much easier to see the notes at a glance when you open the claim.

Attachments to itrans claims Canada

More room in claim notes

Hi, please allow for more characters in claim notes. I have found out the hard way that once you run out of room it just starts deleting the 'bottom' of the notes, therefore loosing sent info which is needed during calls. cm

Dates of when insurance active

Knowing when an insurance was input into the system to know if it is the current information, helpful in insurance claim follow up. Insurance effective dates would be another way to implement this idea.

Increase text length of fee schedule names

It would be nice to type the whole name of a insurance carrier fee schedule instead of abbreviating , the space is already there but we are limited to 7 digits?? Why not

Flag when an insurance claim has a partial payment.

Allow the user to flag an insurance claim as being partially paid when more payment is expected. Include on reports and keep claim current (not in History) and include for batch payment entry until it is complete paid. [3143 4492]
