Set up PER INSURANCE company to print ONLY that's companies claims

Local trades dental insurance claims all need to be printed and mailed in for processing. I am looking for something to be checked or marked that when we got to send the claim it ONLY gives you the option to print the claim. Otherwise it gets sent...

Print ADA Claim in Red Ink

Some INS companies are requesting printed claims be send in red ink and it would be nice to have this option in Dentrix. I know Eagle Soft allows that option.

How to show Prev services are excluded from maximum benefits

There should be a way to show that the total maximum is not utilized when a prev service is performed.

Needs a way to show Medical as Primary gatekeeper and then Primary Dental without taking out Medical and putting in Dental Insurance.

When looking at renewing a contract with a specific insurance provider, it would be nice to be able to pull a report from Dentrix that will show the amount of write-offs we have had annually from each insurance provider.

This type of information would allow us to make a more intelligent decision to see the impact this change would have to our bottom line.

Ins Should have own batch processor

Ins claims should have their own batch processor. It would make it a lot easier to go through claims before sending them.
