Allow us to save screenshots or photos of group plan benefits in the Insurance Plan Notes section of the Benefits/Coverage tab so that it can be pulled up for any group rather than only in an individual's doc center.

automatically save the EOB or ins. acknowledge to Document Centre after sending claim electronically

we always have to scan back in the results after sending the claim. Either it's the the EOB or Ins. Acknowledge page that prints out. If the printer suddenly doesn't work then I don't even get the EOB right away.

COVERAGE TABLE

I would like Dentrix to allow cleaning, x-rays and exams outside of the maximum. What I mean is those procedures do not go against the maximum. This would be helpful when calculating treatment.

Add report for Received Prior Authorizations

There should be a way to print out a report of all received pre-approvals. This way we have a list of patients to call who were approved or denied for treatment.
