Filter out Pre-auth in Claim manage
anyone that works claims would be able to see how long it has been since OPEN CLAIMS only have bee worked.

Claim Manager - ability to ignore pre-authorizations AND ability to "hide" claims that have been worked (like on the Collections Manager)
need to be able to filter OUT the pre-auths from 30/60/90+ claims and would love the ability to "hide" a claim that I've already worked on so my list continues to be the claims I still need to work on (like I can do in the Collections Manager)

Claim Manager add past 30, 60, 90 Filter
In the new claim manager feature. It would be great to add a 30, 60, 90 day quick buttons so you could work on past due claims without seeing all the current claims pending like the Insurance aging report.

Insurance Tab for a 3rd Insurance Company
We have some patients that have 3 insurances. It would be nice if we had a tab for another dental insurance company instead of creating a dummy patient.

Insurance plans that do not count preventative services against annual maximums
Dentrix does not have a way currently to track an accurate annual maximum on plans where preventative and diagnostic services do NOT count toward the annual maximum. D0010 through D1999 should have a feature or box to click that exempts them from it.

Make payment on insurance claim from the ins manager
I wish we could post a payment from the claims manager. If it is a true no pay, close the claim and move on, if you find the payment post it and move on. A true One Stop Shop.
