An employer merge group plan would be great, we need to move all of our BC/BS school plans to one plan, but they have the same payor ID, so we have to do these all individually.

claim form box 25 and 27

Box 25 should be automatically filled in based on the tooth number used in box 27. I have codes that are being denied because the insurance company for some reason wants tooth number AND area of mouth indicated.

Diag/Prev Maxium

Some insurance companies don't apply diag/preventive procedures to the maximum. We need to be able to create a different table that allows us to check a box or something so the payments for those services do not apply when the payment is posted.

Claim Manager add past 30, 60, 90 Filter

In the new claim manager feature. It would be great to add a 30, 60, 90 day quick buttons so you could work on past due claims without seeing all the current claims pending like the Insurance aging report.

Attachments to itrans claims Canada

It would save a lot of time in getting claims processed, make claims processing easier for us and insurance companies, It has been funtional in the US for years.

add an option for attachment requirement for claim; to add in the definition section to add more options other than xray, narrative etc, so you can edit your own options or edit as needed for each payor id or insurance

Claim Manager - ability to ignore pre-authorizations AND ability to "hide" claims that have been worked (like on the Collections Manager)

need to be able to filter OUT the pre-auths from 30/60/90+ claims and would love the ability to "hide" a claim that I've already worked on so my list continues to be the claims I still need to work on (like I can do in the Collections Manager)
