Default to Dental when entering insurance

In the new family file pleas make it default to dental not medical

Ledger, claim status

I put all my claim and insurance info in the notes and when i work the report for aging, I want to be able to delete notes such as batched, sent etc... I print my notes on my report and this just makes it messy!! if it ain't broke...don't fix it!!!!!

Insurance plans that do not count preventative services against annual maximums

Dentrix does not have a way currently to track an accurate annual maximum on plans where preventative and diagnostic services do NOT count toward the annual maximum. D0010 through D1999 should have a feature or box to click that exempts them from it.

Claims Manager - Printed Claims should not say "Batched"

Claims that have been Printed are listed as "Batched" in the Claims Manager. It therefore appears as if these claims have not been sent, but they have been printed and sent and should say "Printed"
