Add new color for "E" Icon for family files with no insurance.

Unnecessary work load to have to check all the patients that have an orange E that do not have Insurance. Can this "E" be removed to not have to check prior to each days work load?

I need to be able to review e claims status/messages from payers quickly and easily. My preference would be to add the e claims status to the claims manager module for quicker reference or some sort of notification system that alerts me in Dentrix...

When a patient updates insurance after claim has been denied unable to delete previous claim to rebill new insurance

If a patient calls with new insurance I am unable to now delete the previous claim (in a new month) and resub. The "work around" from Dentrix is to re-charge ALL procedures back-dated and adjust the over charge just to be able to resub the claim. ...

Diag/Prev Maxium

Some insurance companies don't apply diag/preventive procedures to the maximum. We need to be able to create a different table that allows us to check a box or something so the payments for those services do not apply when the payment is posted.
