Update Insurance address in bulk

BCBS MI is changing all claims addresses November 1, 2019 From Detroit MI to Milwaukee Wi. We have Many, Many different groups/companies that use BCBS MI. Unfortunately this can only done individually for each.

Include inactivated & archived patients to Insurance carrier list

If we can see the archived and inactivated patients on the insurance carrier list we could delete insurance plans for the patients we no longer see which would decrease the amount of plans in our system

To be able to generate an insurance report showing percentage of patients in a customizable range of dates.

To be able to generate an insurance carrier report showing the percentage of active patients attached to each carrier in a customizable date range. Also, this report should be downloadable to Excel file.

Claim forms without lines

Alaska Medicaid wants secondary claim forms to be printed on ADAJ434 red forms. This could be done if Dentrix had an option to print insurance forms without lines on them

report to show how much is being written off when in-network with insurance company

we want to figure out how much we are writing off by being in network with insurance companies. there should be a way to run a report that can show what our production would be if we used our practice fee schedule compared to the actual production...

Ins Eligibility Coverage Level

Since the coverage level varies with employee NOT the plan, It would be very beneficial for that information to change with the subscriber NOT the plan. If the dropdown box would move to the scriber line then it would work.
