Merge Insurance Plan/Employer Specific

An employer merge group plan would be great, we need to move all of our BC/BS school plans to one plan, but they have the same payor ID, so we have to do these all individually.

Insurance plans that do not count preventative services against annual maximums

Dentrix does not have a way currently to track an accurate annual maximum on plans where preventative and diagnostic services do NOT count toward the annual maximum. D0010 through D1999 should have a feature or box to click that exempts them from it.

Claim Manager - ability to ignore pre-authorizations AND ability to "hide" claims that have been worked (like on the Collections Manager)

need to be able to filter OUT the pre-auths from 30/60/90+ claims and would love the ability to "hide" a claim that I've already worked on so my list continues to be the claims I still need to work on (like I can do in the Collections Manager)

enable adding quad and tooth for D1510 on ADA claim form

The insurance companies require a quadrant and a tooth number for space maintainer codes. There is no way to set the codes up to allow for that.
