It would be much easier to be able to copy the medications list in the Rx area and paste into the medication list in the health history window. Right now you have to add each medication into the health history manually.

Keep rejected tx in the treatment plan and progress note with rejected symbol and a note. It is easier for admin staff to follow with patients without going into the clinical notes- easier to generate a tx plan reports

referring multiple tx procedures in one step vs individually
